COVID-19 Updates & Dress Lounge

Shopping with DL:

We’re so excited to be back and working with our beautiful brides again! As the world continues to open back up, your happiness and safety are our top priorities. In order to make your appointment safe while finding the dress of your dreams, we’ve adopted a new set of COVID-19 guidelines. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Hours:

Our customer service team will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 12 noon – 7 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 12 noon – 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday by appointment ONLY.

Guests:

We ask that you limit your group to 3, no more than 5 – including the Bride. We ask that you do not bring children, elderly guests, or those who have recently been sick or could easily be compromised. WiFi is available, Zoom and FaceTime are encouraged.

Masks:

Masks are not being worn by staff currently. We are encouraging everyone to do as they wish. Dress Lounge follows the CDC guidelines in terms of mask wearing. We do provide masks if needed.

Sanitizing:

Fitting rooms & viewing areas will be cleaned between appointments. Hand sanitizer will be provided and communal items like our clothes pins and fitting room robes may be temporarily removed.

Shopping with a large group:

Our goal is to keep our guests and DL Team as safe as possible. That means a reduction in the number of customers in the shop at one time. If you’d like to shop with a large cheering section – please reach out! Private appointments are available! These appointments book up quickly and a booking fee but can allow for groups of 4 – 8 to visit together.


Cancellations:

If your wedding or event is canceled or postponed, please contact us immediately. Cancellations will be handled individually on a case by case basis.  We understand that this may be a stressful time, which is why we encourage you to reach out and get cancellations and/or postponements handled right away.
We appreciate you for taking the time to stay up-to-date with our current COVID-19 policies. We understand that this may not be the ideal situation and we thank you for working with us during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you at your appointment!
